Starting our journey.....

We close on the sale of our suburban home today and the proceeds from that sale will be used to purchase a 100 year old farmhouse.  Even though we still have a few hoops to jump through for purchasing the farm, I am excited about this adventure.

Tonight we have the house inspection at 6pm.  I am expecting some issues, but hope there is nothing major.  The current owners have done such a good job of maintaining the house,  I really think it will be fine.  I plan to take some photos tonight and will upload with future posts.
